Refund policy

We understand that sometimes items do not work out for you and we understand! Please read our return policy below. 


RETURN POLICY: 

  • We accept returns within 15 calendar days of being delivered to you. This means your return MUST be shipped out to us within those 15 days. 
  • STORE CREDIT: If you order off of the website you will receive a store credit gift card via email. If you order from our mobile app your credit will automatically be added back into your account 
  • EXCHANGES: due to the turn around time of products being so fast we do not do exchanges. When your item is returned  you will receive STORE CREDIT and from there you can purchase the item you want to exchange for OR something else! 
  • In regards to shipping cost for returns: If an order fulfillment mistake was made or there is a damaged item, then we will be responsible for shipping cost. However, if your return is a request based on dislike or sizing issue then customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return.
  • The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no stains (makeup, deodorant), no pet hair, must not smell like smoke or perfume, and must not be altered in any way. If we receive the item in any form that was listed, the item will be sent back to the customer without store credit given. 
  • Unfortunately, some items are NON-returnable such as items ON SALE, coupon code items bought over 25% off, hats, headwear, swimsuits, sunglasses, beauty products, home decor, Jewelry.
  • Your order must be returned the way you received it. Items need to be placed in a mailer. Please do not ship a shoe box back to us with labels stuck to it. 
  • ALL "SALE ITEMS" ARE FINAL SALE. 
  • If an item/s is returned to us and includes non returnable items we will ship the item/s back to the customer at customer cost. 
  • Please keep in mind that returns are for store CREDIT ONLY!
  • There will be a restocking fee applied to excessive amount of returns. If return credits are used and items are returned again repeatedly over and over a fee will be applied. 
  • We process returns on Tuesday and Thursday.
